Tis the last day of 2007
I hope that today finds everybody (all one of you, my reader) doing well, it has been quite a nice year, a few ups and downs but overall it was a decent year.
I would venture to guess that this years milestones are as follows (in no particular order):
* Over 27,000 miles logged on United Airlines and Partners, the most I have ever travelled in my life.
* Four weeks spent in New Jersey, with awful flight delays on 80% of my flights.
* Janel and I bought our house in Denver.
* We have spent a _lot_ of money on the house, fixing up a few things, painting, etc (including a new garage door opener as the 17 year old one stripped all its gears).
* We have a new nephew named Jaden.
* Received a promotion to _Senior_ Consultant, and a raise.
* Survived a round of emergency layoffs at work (of course right after the promotions and raises).
Basically pretty short and sweet, these are the things that sit on the top of my head, I know I’m not remembering everything, especially since this list basically recaps the last 6 months, not the whole year. As horrible as a memory that I have, I don’t recall anything major the beginning of this year, mostly business as usual.
