What to do, what to do… in 2008…
Here is my new year’s resolution:
*I’m not going to make any new year’s resolutions.*
Laugh all you want at this apparent fopaux, but it is something that I believe in. I will however state some goals that I have for this year. Now you say, ‘Isn’t a resolution and a goal the same thing’? Yes, its the same thing, but the new year’s resolution, culturally, are made to be broken. So a goal isn’t made to be achieved or not achieved, its a target, its something that you aim for and usually people are happy if they even get close.
So here goes, my year 2008 _goals_:
* Redesign this blog, update the theme and software - I have been saying this for about a year now, so it is still on my list. I have started a couple redesigns, but quickly left them.
* Develop Projekt Trak, market the hosted service and sell a boxed version. I would like to release version 1.0 and 1.5 this year (two major releases).
* Save the monies required to get Janel her own Macbook.
* Pay off a significant portion of my credit card debt - something greater than 50%.
Anyway, these are a couple of my ambitions, specifically geared for the near future, possibly 1Q 2008. I have a few things up my sleeve regarding my blog redesign, it may include a name change - I’ve been SquallBSR for the past 12 or so years, and lately I have been messing around with the name ‘Redbeard’…
More meanderings to come in the future, but for now, please enjoy the new year.

You need to add one more goal. “Make a Wallace family website for your mom.” (Just a teensy weensy reminder)
