Another weekend is coming to an end. It has been quite an interesting week with a lot of future changing progress. As I have been having God prompting me in my heart to start my own business and really give it honest effort to make it successful and able to support me, I have been looking to find out how to make things happen.

I have been pouring over various different strategies, trying to figure out what I should be doing. Without a lot of answers from the man upstairs who prompted this whole change of focus, it was getting to be frustrating. Queue last week, Monday Janel and I went to a Business 2 Government workshop which was some introductory information on doing business with the US federal government. Tuesday I heard from a long ago friend from church who has owned a couple businesses, mostly out of the blue - I had been wafering back and forth trying to decide if I should ask him to be a mentor. My friend Josh also is willing to setup and work with me on a IT based company catering to the government. So this week I have a better idea of how to make money, money to go to the B2G training, I now have a mentor and a partner for this endeavor. It has been a wild ride through the week.

Yesterday was pretty productive also, working on getting everything put together for this business so we have everything registered and running in time for the class. It will be a busy couple of weeks…
