Good tread all around
Since I bought my 2001 VW Jetta Wolfsburg I have been needing to replace one tire. The dealership replaced the front two tires with Goodyear Eagle Ultragrip GW3s, but I had one very worn Dunlop tire on the back. I talked Discount tire down about $25 and got two of these Nitto NT-SN1 Winter tires. My car is now safer due to the fact that I no longer have an almost bald tire on the back passenger side. Anyway, I tires are definitely in my future, I need to replace all 4 tires on the Jeep and I’ll need to get all season tires for the Jetta in the spring - I’m looking at the Yokohama YK520s. Only $115/tire at Discount.
Gotta love maintaining your cars, next stop is the dealership where I’ll plop down $325 for ignition and emissions parts…
